The fee to refer an employee for an assessment is £150 + VAT. Please note that if your employee requires a motorbike or HGV/PSV assessment there will be additional charges for the hire of the vehicles which will be between £120 – £400. If your employee fails to attend the assessment that has been arranged or them or cancels within 24 hours, then the full fee will be charged.
